‘The Alchemist’ is a story of a mysterious medieval European scholar of the 15th century, who after seeking ancient manuscripts related to Alchemy, ancient traditions and sacred readings. He travels to Egypt where the origins of Alchemy got birth.
Picture below inspired the creation of the character of “The Alchemist”, it was created at 17th century, from an unidentified German alchemist, depicting Zoroaster. Probably this illustration it’s a later copy from an older manuscript of unknown origin. .
